Rajesh Kongassery is an Uptime‑accredited Data Center/Tier Specialist and PMP with 32 years’ experience in power and IT infrastructure. He has led multi‑disciplinary teams to construct and expand data centers, evacuate renewable energy, and implement IT enablement for utilities while maintaining high availability in India and abroad. A recognized “Hero of Zero Outages,” Rajesh is also a motivation coach, author and content creator focused on always‑on infrastructure and sustainable power solutions.

Rajesh Kongassery blends deep engineering know‑how with rigorous project discipline (PMP, 2009) and strategic management (MBA—Systems). His technical foundation (B.Tech Electrical & Electronics, 1993) and decades in the field enabled industry  to solve complex challenges: evacuating renewable energy, enabling IT for utilities, building and expanding data centers, and increasing capacity within baseline constraints — all while driving operational excellence and minimizing downtime.

Known in the industry as a “Hero of Zero Outages,” Rajesh Kongassery is  passionate about mission‑critical availability. Rajesh Kongassery is  author, coach and mentor . He leads teams to deliver predictable results, and  create content and write to share best practices on high‑availability design, project delivery in at acene domain.

His  vision is: ALWAYS‑ON INFRASTRUCTURE that supports a cleaner, smarter, & resilient digital world. He had taken the mission to disrupt the data center industry with high quality manpower resources.
